Question: I want my teeth whiter? PLEASE HELP?
My teeth are stained, badly. I used to live on a farm and I drank well water. This water's chemicals stained my teeth. In a few weeks I go to get fitted for braces. My parents say that I can get my teeth bleached when I get the braces off. Now several people have said that bleaching is not good because it makes your teeth sensitive. Now I've tried White Strips, but they didn't work as expected. Now I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day depending on the time I have. I need to know if there is an inexpensive, chemical-free way to help me get whiter teeth. Please share your secrets...If you have them.

Baking Soda as nasty as it tastes works wonders. However unless you go to get them professionally whitened it will take some time say a about two weeks to see a difference. But it does work. Peroxide is another. You can mix those together yourself to make a paste and brush with them. Or you can always get the listerine whiting that is essentially what is in it. Also I've been using the Crest whiting 3D toothpaste it seems to work really well within a week I noticed a difference.
Oh yeah bleaching is bad for your teeth. It wears the enamel away.
