Question: Why do i have white spots on my teeth and nails?
both my teeth and nails have white spots on them im not sure why i think i was born with the spots on my nails but what about my teeth?

stains, it's sounds weird that they're white, but they are stains i have them too, they're not very noticeable once i started whitening my teeth with special mouth wash...
White spots on your nails probably from having poor nutrition might not be getting certain vitamins
well the teeth part you could have been born with that, but the white spots on your nails come from a poor diet.
