Wisdom teeth extraction pain?!

I had my two bottom wisdom teeth taken out wednesday. One pulled fairly easy the other cut out and fairly difficult. She simply numbed me very well (7 shots total and I still can't feel my tongue my mother went back and asked she said sometimes it just happens) well she gave me 30 pain killers with the instructions 1 or 2 every four hours or as needed. So I was taking 2 every 4 hours because the pain was insane. Now im out of painkillers and relying on good ole mr ibprophen. (800 mg every 6 hrs moms an rn and supervising my intake) I took them less than an hour ago and I started crying and trying really hard not to cause I know crying gives me a headache. This pain is unbearable. I'm icing my jaw, I'm sipping cold water, I'm avoiding eating anything because it hurts so bad, but nothing is working. I'm in intense unbearable pain it's the weekend (3 day weekend at that and I'm stuck with ibprophen and no contact with my dentist) can anyone give me any suggestions? I'm really drsparate here.
