What is this recent pain in my mouth?!

Question: What is this recent pain in my mouth?

I believe it's my sub mandibular glands? (Underneath near the flap that connects your tongue on both sides there are glands) My left gland just started hurting the other day. It feels to be a bit swollen and different than my right but its not very noticeable. I have severe sinus problems... could this be related?

I used to get that once in awhile. It would come and go. If it persist see a doctor. Hope you feel better.
