About braces, 3 years using braces?!

I used braces for 3 years. This year is the last year. My teeth can't stop grinding after that. I went to doctor, then he said i had maloclussion. Then i had teeth eroding, for the cure. Grinding was already stop, with the headache. But, now i feel less pressure in my bite. I also worry about the teeth movement for that. What should i do?
