Hiya! dont worry lol.
There are brace kits you can use. Check out the supermarket or go to your dentist and ask for one.
The supermarket usally sells little brushes which are easier to get under the wires.
I felt like that to, but once there off the dentist can usally get rid of it.
Or when they tighten your brace they will be able to make sure everythings o.k. no stains etc.
Just check out the brushes :)

I had braces x

Don't freak out =]
When they come off there wont be stains, when mine came off after 18 months they were fine, no marks not stains nothing! They just felt funny from me being used to having them on for so long. I just brushed my teeth normally but tried brushing them 3 times a day instead of twice just to get anything stuck in there out! as it can cause bad breath and annoyance having food and bits stuck =P
Stress less, they will be fine with normal brushing =]

When you get your braces off your teeth are generally whittened as you can't brush everywhere, the braces causing the bristles on your brush to bend every which way.
Just make sure you don't drink fizzy drinks

Jeez, just relax buddy.

Yes there is a braces kit, though it tends to cost several hundred dollars, and that's generally only meant to last you for 2 weeks

My advice would simply to try as hard as you can, dentist can't ask more than that. If he/she says you need to improve, ask for some advice/help. I once got these tablets from the dentist which you dissolve in water and rinse in your mouth. Then your all the spots you missed brushing are covered in the ground tablet (it was bright red).

If I were you I'd avoid fast food.
