I have a cyst underneath my 12 yr old moler and i am 14 and i am having oral surgery tommorrow and was wondering if it will hurt and they are going to make openings for my 12yr old molers on the top too so i was wondering if this will be painful.

There may be some discomfort but the doctor will give you medication for the pain. Only the surgeon can tell you which procedure will be used to remove the cyst. The type of cyst will be one factor in the surgery, sometimes they can aspirate and other times if the cyst is calcium based it will have to be surgery to remove it.
