Yes, absolutely. Just ask you orthodontist for your records to give to your new ortho. You won't have to start over because your teeth won't reset.

No, you would stick to your regular plan you had with you first orthodontist. I had a similar circumstance in which my orthodontist moved out of state after only a few months of treatment with me. Another orthodontist arrived, received my information and treatment plans from my previous orthodontist, and finished my treatment. Assuming you are not near the end of your two year treatment plan, I would say no, your orthodontist would not be able to "cap" your teeth for you to fill in the spaces. Your dentist will have to use a technique such as veneers or composite bonding which requires precise measurements by your orthodontist; otherwise, the teeth will look very lopsided and misshapen. If you are truly concerned, consult your current orthodontist and see what will happen

There are brace anti-theft checkpoints on all roads out of Michigan. Tell your dentist that while it's been real and it's been fun, it hasn't been real fun and that you will need to get Jupiterian approved braces from a qualified dentist on your home planet of Jupiter.

You'll be able to keep them! You'll just get a new dentist/orthodontist to take care of them.
