Question: What are the 2 crater like bumps on the roof of my mouth, behind my 2 front teeth?
They are like indents behind my 2 front teeth in my gums towards the roof of my mouth and they dont hurt and ive had them all my life?

Do they feel like ridges? If so, they are totally normal and nearly everyone has them! They are called "palatal rugae".
EDIT: I was thinking the one of the reasons someone might not have palatal rugae is because of cleft palate or another medical condition.

Palatal Rugae is correct! It would be abnormal if you didnt have them I am an RDH and I have never seen someone without them.
