Question: Whitening Strips? Please Answer!!?
- Am I too young?
- Do your teeth have to be perfectly strait to use them?
- Can you use them on the top AND bottom?
- Can you sleep in them?
I know that's a lot of questions but I kind of obsess over searching all over the Internet about things Im new to:P So please only serious answers. 10 points for Best Answer and I will help you out with one of your questions!! Thanks(:

You're never too young to care for your teeth, and there's no age limit on using the strips,
you're not supposed to sleep with whitening strips in, your only supposed to put them on for 30 minutes , and if you sleep with them.. they could slip off and you could swallow them or something like that, and you don't wanna have that happen. Make sure to read all the warnings and directions on the boxes. You put them on both the top and bottom teeth if you'd like, but if you want you can put it on just one of them. And your teeth don't HAVE to be perfectly straight if you wanna use them , they're just a lot more easy to place them on if they are.
Whitening your teeth can actually damage your enamel. I used the Crest professional whitening strips and they made my teeth really white, I already had whiteish teeth to begin with but it made them whiter but it wears off trust me and fairly fast. And it actually made my teeth more sensitive so be careful you only use whitening strips once a year and NEVER wear them for more than it says.
