Im scared of my tommorow?!

I go back to school tomorrow and im going to have to see my bully again in class tomorrow and i really fear him, not like just scared i go into a heart attack. im 5 foot 8 inches and he 3 foot 11 inches tall. I know what your thinking a little kid that small i shouldnt be afraid of, but he 2x stronger than me, and i would run away if i saw him. My friends said your going to be okay, we will back you up, i tried to escape but they forced me back to face my fear, because they said you need to go to class, you have to, i am so scared right now just without seeing him. But my friends said you will be okay. Please help me, i am in so much fear, am i going to be okay, pleeeeeeeeeeease help me, if i see him tommorow i will get so scared i will literally curl up in a ball?
