Question: How do you know if you grind your teeth at night? ?
I never thought I would grind my teeth at night while I'm sleeping and I've never had any tooth aches but a few days ago I started having some pain on one side of my jaw. Is this a result of tooth grinding?

When you wake up you will have pain in the jaw. You should see a dentist because they will be able to tell and then they can fit you for a mouth guard to wear at night to fix the problem.
Personal experience
your doctor or dentist can tell you if you grind your teeth at night. If you do, you can get a mouth-guard from either the dentist, or somewhere like Walmart.
