Lol, you reminded me of my high school days.. :) my husband and I both had braces when we dated then and we never got stuck. I have, however, heard stories So just take it slow and you'll be fine. :)

Don't do it, they will get stuck.

My mom's a dental assistant and she used to work for an orthodontist and saw this once or twice in her time.
