Question: I'm getting brace how long do they hurt for?

My sister got braces a while ago and it hurt for a week. Some websites said it depends everyone have different pain.

It only hurts a few days at the beginning, and it might me uncomfortable because you aren't used to it. But after some time i noticed it only hurted when the braces where tightened, and that only lasted a couple of hours. Nothing to worry about:)

Mine was hurting for about 3 days after it was placed. Then it will also hurt if your chains or wires will be adjusted. Mine was about 2 days only then there were no pain in the next weeks. But the pain is hard, i can't even bite a chocolate bar then. XD
