Can tooth decay between top front teeth be stopped once it begins or can it be f!

Question: Can tooth decay between top front teeth be stopped once it begins or can it be fixed by the dentist?
I have noticed, between two of my top front teeth, that there is noticeable decay occurring. I use Arm & Hammer toothpaste with fluoride, floss, and the original Listerine aniseptic mouthwash. I am 20 years old and I know that I have not always practiced good dental hygiene (I do now though). Will it be possible to stop this or can the dentist cover it somehow??

Answers:

Its good that you practice a high level of oral hygiene. Dental decay is best prevented, however once the process begins, it continues to "eat" your teeth, thus weakening them. Hence it is always better to get the tooth filled by your dentist at the earliest, so that you minimize your damage to the tooth.
You can get a composite filling done in your front teeth. these fillings are tooth colored and highly aesthetic.
