You should be fine unless you have complications - ie an infection.
I just took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth recently (one per week), and I had no problem with speaking right after the surgery ended. Just take care not to agitate your gums too much or the hole might reopen.
Not that long. I had a good dentist and my mouth healed pretty quickly and I was speaking the next day. Just depends on your surgeon.
You should be able to speak fine right away...you'll probably be just a bit sore after the surgery is all.
