poll : how often do you brush and floss your teeth?!

I brush my teeth twice a day, in the morning and at night, and i floss once a day at night.

I will be perfectly honest. I USUALLY brush twice a day, but sometimes I'm laying in bed reading a book or something and I'm just too tired to get up and worry about it... So once in a while I only do it once a day.

I'm really bad about flossing. I brought some floss to work because I usually forget about it at home and I sit here at work for 10 hours a day so I can usually remember at some point to floss. But I probably only do it like 3-4 times a week and that's a vast improvement for me.

Doesn't matter what I do. What dentists recommend is brushing after every meal and flossing at least once a day.

I brush 3 to 5 times a day and floss once. My teeth are very white and in good shape.

How often do I screw your mother? Twice daily, my friend, twice daily.
