It's just like normal toothpaste, so it's not dangerous! And I haven't used that brand before so I don't know if it will work.

Go ahead and use any whitening toothpaste you desire. If you do experience sensitivity, just use the whitening toothpaste less often and use a sensitivity toothpaste in its place. Good luck to you!

I am a dental assisting student.

I don't see how it would be dangerous. I've had success with Crest 3D White. They're probably fairly similar so can't hurt to give it a try.

Have you ever dreamed of having a whiter smile? Of course you do! Even your favorite celebrities wish they had whiter smiles. Some people think that the only way to whiten their teeth is through professional dental treatments. But most aren't aware that you can whiten your teeth right in your own bathroom with a few ingredients that are quite cheap. You need to get it out of your head that you have to spend a lot of money to get whiter teeth. Lots of teeth whitening tips (like the ones contained in this answer) can be implemented as a part of your regular oral hygiene routine.

You should try not to eat or drink things with a dark color. Tea and coffee are infamous for staining teeth. Beets and similar foods cause the same issues. Your teeth will be stained by any food that has dark juices. This is the reason you should minimize the amount of these foods and drinks you have. You will find it easier to get rid of other discolorations if you consume less of these foods and drinks.

The higher your intake of these things, the more complicated it will be for you to maintain pearly, white teeth. If you can't give up your soda drinks completely, then at least have it through a straw. Hydrogen peroxide is used all the time in oral care. This is the liquid that comes in brown bottles, not clear ones. Hydrogen peroxide has many uses in the home including for the cleaning and sterilization of wounds. By mixing hydrogen peroxide and water in equal parts you get an excellent mouthwash that is fabulous in fighting cavities and reducing infection. When brushed on it works as a phenomenal teeth whitener. You need to be absolutely certain that your solution is made correctly and that you never ingest this mixture. Wash your mouth out well after using it. Your internal system will suffer a lot of damage, even though it is an excellent way to whiten your teeth and kill off any infection.

You should always drink plenty of water. Water helps to rinse away any detritus that might have been left behind by meals or snacking. You will also find the benefit of being more hydrated. It's best to drink water over all other beverages, including tea, coffee, juice and soda. Your body will thank you for it as it will be much healthier. It also is good if you want to start whitening your teeth because water has no color to it so it cannot stain your teeth. The more water you drink, the easier it will be for you to wash away stains left behind by dark colored drinks and foods.

You'll enjoy hearing that not every teeth whitening method is expensive or requires a physician to administer. Yes you could spend the money to have it done professionally but why? Is there a reason you are settling for a discolored smile when you have it within your power to change it to bright shiny white? Your new bright white smile will emanate you health!
