my crown must of came off while i was eating and my chest when i swallow some thing does feel like it wants to go down

I'm concerned about any sharp edges to that metal crown. Also that it is causing chest discomfort/difficulty swallowing..
Call your MD today for an appt. or go to the ER if you cannot get in.
Sharp objects may cause damage to your internal organs . You don't want to puncture anything inside or aspirate (choke/vomit) .
