scared for wisdom teeth!?!


Question: Scared for wisdom teeth!?
im taking out my wisdom teeth tommorow and im really nervous. They're inside my gums so i know they'll have to do a surgery. I dont mind the pain when i come back home but im just scared of the numb shots and scapel and those dentist things. can anyone help me get un- nervous? thankss

my best friend just got his out last week! he said that they gave him laughing gas and it made him feel so funny that he didn't even know they gave him the shots. so request it if you can : )

It all depends on where you go. Some places put you to sleep while others just give you a shot. The whole process only takes 5 mins each side assuming they dont have to take it out peice by peice. For me it didn't hurt. It just felt really uncomfortable knowing they were cutting up the inside of my mouth. They give you some pain killers and it's kind of a ***** changing the cotton in your mouth after awhile. It does hurt for a few days but the that night after i got my bottom two yanked out, i was invited to a bbq and ate 26 chicken wings yeaaa!!!
