Question: How long can I go without my retainers?
I lost my retainers today during school. Now I fear my teeth will move and I don't want to take 3 years with braces for granted! I got my retainers 6 months ago when I had my braces taken off. I am suppose to wear my retainers for three years. First year, everyday. Second year, only night time, and third year, every now and then. I have no clue rather my teeth will move or not but I am scared. I recently turn 18 so I am wondering if my teeth will shirt a lot or little. I am going for an appointment tomorrow, but I might have to wait a while due to how much the retainers cost. ;.;'
How long can I go without my retainers? Or rather, how long could my teeth go? I hope to get my new retainers by the end of this week, or if not next week. Will my teeth be shifted by then?

Teeth can relapse within 6 months especially with wisdom teeth coming in soon too, its def worth the investment, I know becaUse I wore braces twice and my ortho office I work at charges 280/each
