Take a tissue and put over the tooth to get a better grip on the tooth and just pull really quick.

You may not want to hear this, but you will encounter more pain trying to pull the tooth out rather just letting the dentist pull it out. Besides, the dentist had medical treatment to ease the pain. The dentist has ways to stop the bleeding, depending on how loose the tooth is. In addition, before the dentist puts on the braces, he or she has to numb your gums well. Just wait for this process, so he or she can pull the tooth before taking on the braces process. I hope this help you.

i am telling you this honestly don't pull it out yourself. i have pulled out a lot of my out teeth and had the dentist pull out a lot. i prefer the dentist by far. for one thing they numb your mouth completely so you won't feel a thing except for pressure which doesn't hurt. the only think that hurts is the shot but it isn't that bad. if you pull it out your self it will hurt way more.

Listen to music, and get your mom to pull it out at a random time. That's what I always did. If I made my mom count, then right before she pulled I would be like "NOOO 3 more seconds."

Music helps me relax :)

chew gum, preferably Bazooka Joe gum or something very thick, over the tooth and it will be out

get plyers and pull
