it's the second time one of these bubble things popped up, it makes my tongue feel sore/weird/numb

It sounds like a heat blister. You can get them when you eat or drink something which is too hot in temperature for your mouth so you burn it. Sometimes if you eat something hot with something cold at the same time you don't feel the burning sensation for example - Hot Potato Wedges with Cold Sour Cream.
