Oral problem related to gum.?!

I am 16. I have this weired problem for the last 2-3 years. When i get up from bed my teeth feels loose. But gradually it tightens up. I also have a problem with my front teeth(gum) of the lower jaw. The gum looks like sponge dipped in water. And the color of the gum is totally different from the rest. Is this c an be from smoking? I have been smoking since last year. I brush my teeth thrice a day wit glister<along with hexigel topping> and also wash my mouth wit colgate plax.
