how long a time, can I wait, before I have to get my rotten tooth pulled out ?!

Question: How long a time, can I wait, before I have to get my rotten tooth pulled out ?
its been bad, for about 6 months.

Answers:

when the pain starts you will have to see a dentist right away because the pain will dirve you crazzy Why are you waiting so long to get your teeth fixed. He might be able to do a root canal, sometime a crown. It isn't going to go away so why wait.

The best time to go is when you first see there is a problem. If it really starts causing you pain, the dentist won't be able to do anything about it for about a week (pain usually is indicitive of an infection, and you can't be numbed when you have an infection).
You definitly want to have it removed or treated before it breaks off too much, because then the extraction (pulling it out) will most likely cost more and be more painful as well. (He would have to dig into the bone to get the root out, aka surgical extraction)

In short, there is no real time period I can give you...I can merely say that you need to go before you get an infection (it'll be more expensive that way, too because you have to pay for antibiotics)

As long as you want to at your own risk!!

The longer you wait the less your options-- it may be possible to treat the tooth without pulling it if you attend quickly.

Please see your dentist today!

Cheers!

A rotten tooth is leaking poison into your body. Don't wait.
