How much can you smoke before the orthodontist finds out?!

If you take a puff before your appointment they already know.

One cigarette is enough to put tar, chemicals and gunk on your teeth. But!!! If you are a smoker, there's no way you are going to be able to instantly stop smoking just because the Orthodontist tells you to. It doesn't work that way. If it was that easy to quit, everyone would, and the makers of stop smoking stuff would go broke.

* I decided one day to never smoke again, and I never did. Same with coffee, never had another cup. Never had a problem with quitting either one. But that's just me. I'm very intense and very disciplined when I choose to be.
