What foods should I cut off to get whiter teeth within weeks?!

Question: What foods should I cut off to get whiter teeth within weeks?
Alright my daily foods are; special kelloggs cereal, milk, lentil soup, white or brown bead/toast, beans, canned peas, canned carrots, canned sweetcorn, baked chips, boiled chicken, gracy sauce (hardly, but sometimes), curry sauce (a lottttt..), subway sandwich (with italian bread, chikcken breast, lettuce, hot chilli sauce), red pepper and onion in my dinners. That's basically my daily life of what I eat. What foods or sauces must I cut out? I brush my teeth morning and night and it's starting to bug me they're not as white as I want them.

Also, is there a proper way to brush your teeth? I just brush up and down left side then right side.. It's usually done within seconds, I'm starting to think I should be more careful.

Drinking coffee or tea might stain them. Blueberries might stain them. Cigarette smoking might stain them.

Longer brushing might help. Some brushing is better than no brushing. Flossing is good too.

You can use those toothpaste that have whitening gels in them like Colgate Total Advance Whitening. There are two types of teeth stains, the localized teeth stain which is basically a stain on the suface only and generalized teeth stain which is where your whole teeth. The latter is harder to remove and mainly caused by certain medicines and such and you may need to see a doctor but the former is fairly easy but don't expect to see results super fast. Brushing your teeth with baking soda works and so does rubbing your teeth with strawberries. Apples, carrots, and celery all make your teeth very white after you eat them. Black coffee, tea, cola, crannberries, blueberries, popsicles, soy sauce, tomato sauce, beets, and actually curry stains teeth. But it doesn't mean you should eliminate it entirely out of your food intake. Just brush your teeth or swish some water around your mouth. Don't brush your teeth too ofen; you might penetrate a protective layer on your teeth. You can also brush your teeth in cicular motions to remove more bacteria.
Hope this helps! =D
