braces braces braces braces braces...!?!

Does it really matter if they do look good or not? I mean think about it, once they are off your teeth will look stunning! So braces will be worth the beautiful straight teeth after you get them taken off. When you are getting your teeth pulled you will likely be under anesthesia or some type of medicine to knock you out and make you fall asleep, and they will have your teeth pulled while you are out. However, once you do wake up you will feel a bit of pain for a while and it will be hard to eat some food, and your cheek might look like chipmunk's cheek.

Who cares if braces look cool or not. I had them for two years and it was completely worth it for how my teeth are now. You shouldn't care about looks as much. They should be the least of your worries.

okay, almost everyone has had braces

no one looks really great with them but you get used to it.
and i hated braces when i first got them, but i really like my teeth now that theyre off.
so in the future you may appreciate them
and as shallow as it is, even "attractive" people sometimes wear braces...

and braces are not that terrible, sure sometimes accidents happen that may make you bleed, but plenty of accidents happen without braces so...

Braces aren't the most glamorous years of your life, but it isn't the worst.
Some people look cute in them, but for everyone it just takes a few weeks to get used to the new look.
I had my braces for nearly two years, and people complimented me on them. I never had any problems with them getting out of place, and neither have the others I know who had braces. In the end, the crazy amount of compliments you get on your teeth it probably worth it. :) Good luck!

And teeth pulling doesn't hurt too bad, they give you numbing stuff and laughing gas. haha

Holly what your friends think shouldn't matter if you need braces and don't get them it could cause some horrible pain to the overlapping teeth as you get older. Your roots start bumping together and boy do I remember that pain!!!!!! Don't neglect your teeth. Here's my advise: Do not do the clear!! Why? The clear is clear and basically invisible but they are very bulky and can be seen baring on your lips when you mouth is close. I have the regular metal braces with silver bands, they blend with the metal and they barely bulge! Good luck!

well first of all who cares if they look bad or not.. your teeth will straighten out and get fixed and as they do theyll look better. i had braces for over two years, it wasnt bad at all. the most worst thing that has ever happened is my lip being stuck to my brackets when i wake up in the morning, but again its not that bad you get use to it. your tongue and cheeks might feel weird and irritated at first but they'll get use to it.
..also wouldnt u rather get your teeth fixed now while your still young so you wont have to spend the rest of your life with teeth overlapping, or have to get braces once your older which is probably even more embarrassing.
