Question: Separators in my teeth - how to lessen the aching?
I'm getting braces next week, but yesterday the dentist put separators in between my molars - it hurts a lot, how can I lessen the aching?
I've ate paracetamol but that has had no effect!

Spacers (seperaters) do hurt and I know the pain you are in because I had them. Braces do not hurt as bad as spacers do. But, you can take any pain peel for the aching and it will take it away. I wish you the best of luck with your braces!
Take like 5 ibprofen or tylenol. This always worked for me. It hurts really bad. Goodluck *simonne*
