Pleeeeaseeee help? Braces?!


Question: Pleeeeaseeee help? Braces?
My gums are really really sore, i think they are quite red and possibly a bit swollen.
Could it be because i am flossing and brushing too hard?

I have braces also, could it be to do with that?

Thanks! xI had them tightened like 2 and a half months ago

I think it is the braces..
