TAKE HER TO A PEDIATRIC DENTIST, ASK YOUR PEDIATRICIAN IF KID'S MOTRIN IS OK FOR HER AND TAKE HER IN.

If your daughter has a cavity in her tooth that is clearly visible then you need to make an appointment for her to see her regular dentist if she has one or you need to start looking for one who will be willing to see her!
You should really start looking into her diet as well, although fruit may seem like the healthy option it's also very acidic and this will not be very healthy for your daughters teeth
You should cut down on the amount of juice your daughter is drinking as this will contain sugars and again will not be doing much good for her teeth!
You should be brushing your Daughters teeth twice a day,use a pea sized amount of toothpaste that contains no less than 1,000 PPM (Parts Per Million) of Fluoride, you can let your daughter go in first and brush the teeth but you should go in afterwards and clean them yourself because until your daughter is 7 years old she does not have the manual dexterity to clean them properly!
If she is in pain try giving her some Capol and make an appointment to see a dentist ASAP!

OK - well sort out pain relief for her as mentioned in the other post. Get her to a dentist as soon as you can - they may not be able to treat her straight away (most 3 yr olds dont just sit still and open wide immediately) but they should be able to help.
In terms of prevention: teeth can really only cope with a 'sugar attack' 2-3 times a day - so Juice, Treats, fruit etc will be giving too much sugar - it is how often thats important - not the quantity eaten - every time she eats sugars (including fruit sugars) the teeth get a sugar rinse & this can lead to cavities. In terms of treats - I would say once a day isnt really making it a special treat - less often means its appreciated as a treat more
In terms of brushing - for a 3 yr old you should be using a Fluoride toothpaste of 1350ppm (this is UK government advice) and therefore have a look for this - adult toothpaste will be ok but may be too strong. I would suggest Little teeth (not too strong but good fluoride levels) or have a look at other pastes - but do check for 1350ppm fluoride (doesnt matter if its sodium fluoride or sodium mono-fluoride etc)
After brushing for 2 mins, get her to spit out, BUT not rinse out afterwards as this washes all the fluoride away.
hope that helps and she gets treatment soon

Your daughter has a cavity. If its a hole, then its a severve decay. You'll have to take her to the dentist and unfortunately have it filled. Not fun for a 3 yr. old or her parent, but it must be done.

If you dont take her in soon, it'll just get worse and so will her pain.

Good Luck

Other than paracetamol there isn't much else you can do. Being elevated is supposed to help a bit. Most dental surgeries have emergency dentists numbers or try the nhs direct 0845 4647 that's if your in the u.k. I hope this helps

Give her childs paracetomol (calpol) and some childs ibuprophen (so long as she isnt allergic, and they can be taken together ) Then make her an emergency dental appointment.

What is wrong w you? Why are you not taking her to the dentist? Gawd. Sometimes. But ya need a license for your dog!?!?

common sense of course

My dads a dentist, he says take your child to the dentist to have it checked and not feed your child sugary snack or sugary drinks inbetween meals as this causes decay! (:

Definetly see the dentist! that's what there for
