Is it okay to rinse with fluoride right after rinsing with listerine?!

Question: Is it okay to rinse with fluoride right after rinsing with listerine?
My fluoride rinse says its for twice a day use...

Problem is, I also like to rinse with Listerine in the morning right after brushing.

So, my regiment is as follows:

1. Pre-brush Listerine whitening rinse.
2. Brush
3. Regular Listerine
4. Act Fluoride 2x/rinse

Is that alright?

I floss first to make room for the rinse and brush bristles, then I rinse with a NON-FLUORIDE rinse, stay away from fluoride, it's poison, and doesn't help your teeth (refer to the source), then I just brush with a toothbrush, you don't need toothpaste, it's only useful for freshening your breath, which is what the rinse is for ;) The main ingredient in toothpaste (besides what freshens your breath) is fluoride, it truly is unnecessary, you can ask your dentist, the act of brushing alone to remove the surface plaque and debris is perfectly good enough oral hygiene.

Read the labels. You could be getting a lot of alcohol, which is not good.

I'd recommend you just brush with a fluoride toothpaste, floss, and avoid the rinses. Use a fluoride rinse at mid-day if you are a medium or high caries risk patient. Ask your dentist.

Thats fine, your oral hygiene is 10/10
