im down with the flu today, and when i puked this morning, a white foam was al inside my mouth
i use arm and hammer baking soda tooth paste if that makes a difference

sometimes when stomach acid mixes with saliva it makes a chemical reacion that makes a foam like appearence in saliva, its most common in patients with acid reflux disease
Id say stomach bile but you're not hungover...
