Dentist didn't do what I asked?!


Question: Dentist didn't do what I asked?
I asked him to remove my decaying wisdom tooth. Instead he drilled out the decay and filled the cavity. Now it hurts alot I think he exposed the root. Should I ask for my money back. I specifically said I wanted it extracted to avoid future complications

Yeah dentists aren't too good on money back guarantees. I have had the same problem.

be glad he left it in. nowadays, thats the usual procedure.
but, if it is super decayed, he will pull it out.
but, if there is still a lot of tooth structure left, then, he can save that tooth and u will be happy that he did. in later life.

i would complain n mayb ask for my moey back. thats bs. i really dont like dentists. yeah thats usually wht they do nowadays but if u wanted it extracted ESPECIALLY since its a wisdom tooth then he shouldve doen it cuz wisdom teeth cause complictions regardless.
