Question: I feel like my breath smells weird after having braces?
This is weird and kind of gross, but on Wednesday I got my braces taken off. I have been wearing a retainer and taking it out each time I eat. After eating I brush my teeth and also brush my retainer (plastic one - think Invisalign) inside and out with toothpaste as well. I feel like my breath stinks. My boyfriend said it doesn't and I am wondering if maybe it is just some remaining glue on my teeth.
I am basically wondering if anyone has ever experienced this when their braces came off? I take good care of my teeth and I want to make sure there isn't something wrong.

make sure you are flossing very well. the best thing u can do to get rid of bad breath is flossing, and brushing your tongue and lightly on the roof of your mouth. rinse with an antibacterial mouth wash after you brush, and don't eat or drink for 30 minutes.
