Question: How to keep your toothpaste in your mouth and not onto your lips or skin?
i have a fluoride skin allergy so i use a low fluoride toothpaste because i cannot find a good fluoride free one in normal drug stores...how can i keep the toothpaste from getting on my lips, corners of my mouth, and on my chin. my skin gets really dry, cracked, and flaky when the fluoride in the toothpaste touches the area. help!

try baking soda



Actually, the main ingredient in toothpaste IS fluoride. And it doesn't do anything for your teeth as has been claimed for decades. The act of brushing your teeth is good enough, you actually don't even need to use toothpaste, but it does help considerably to freshen your breath :)
