I know how you feel.
I had 10 out but was provided with an immediate denture which they fit in straight away. This helped with me able to go out and about and helped with healing.
You will need to rinse your mouth with warm salt water, eat the soft foods, smoothies and painkillers as you need them.

I like many others have an adverse fear of the dentist which is due to a really frightening experience when I was a kid. I used to have sleepless nights and break out in cold sweats just thinking about it. That is until my friends told me about a youtube video which I related to and I got a hold of a Free Fear report which helped me to address my fear to take action.

I found a really sympathetic dentist who helped me step by step encouraging me to get the treatment I needed.

I no longer have teeth or gums problems and have got to the stage that seeing the dentist is just not such an ordeal now. Not now and if you are truly phobic and afraid of the dentist get to see the video and the report is life changing.
