I am always told I have a cavity every time I go, I am not sure what I am doing wrong

floss,floss,floss. Years ago, I was a non flosser, and lost all of my top teeth. I now wear dentures. I had the bottoms deep cleaned, and started really looking after them. They are 100% healthy.
