anyways i live in London and i don't know any teeth whitening that is efficiently and cheap
so please tell me how i can get white teeth

I think if there was a sure-fire cheap way, we'd all be doing it-and you'd know about it. I have tried those whitening toothpastes, but they don't seem to really work. Other than the whitening strips you can get (I think from Supermarkets) i'm afraid I think the only other option is the bleaching that's done by dentists which is very expensive. In the end, any whitening (effective or not) damages your teeth.
i know that is quite bitter experience .i don't have yellow teeth because i brush twice daily.i regularly visit dentist once a month.you should first consult your dentist.
drink lots of milk
use Close up Whitening
or use any type of gentle whitening toothpaste.
if that doesnt work, paint ur teeth white.
