That is Plaque - go to a dentist and have them cleaned properly. Eat a few slices of lemon everyday and your teeth will be white.

for this you should always use the toothpaste containing the fluoride.it makes the teeth white.
its good if you use aquafresh or any good toothpaste and brush your teeth twice daily
