How can i get rid of my gum pain?!


Question: How can i get rid of my gum pain?
I have really bad gum pain, i think it may be gum diesese as i have like a little white bump on my back gum.
My braces were tightened 2 months ago and i am going back soon.. But my gums are really stinging.

I have Corodosyl Mouthwash but i don't think i should use it.

Are there any other ways i can get rid of it?

Warm/hot really salty water, it heals, and a spoon of honey twice a day, if it carries on, contact a dentist ASAP

Clover oil. Smells strong but numbs the mouth x
