do these items go in the hazardous waste bin!?!

Question: Do these items go in the hazardous waste bin!?
in a dental practice would the disposable aspirator and cotton rolls (that has saliva on them both ) be placed in hazardous waste bin??? thanks

Answers:

These are UK NHS Guidelines -
Any items contaminated with saliva or other bodily fluids must be disposed of into a clinical waste bag, Orange or yellow Sacks colour coded.
Any sharps items including needles, sutures, broken cartridges must go into a yellow sharps bin
Any newspapers, cardboard boxes not contaminated go into domestic waste.
Any chemicals including those for mixing to expose radiographs must go into the special waste container.
I would say cotton rolls and plastic aspirator tips go into the yellow waste sacks and not a waste bin.
