Help with Braces Problems?!

I'm wearing braces now for only 4 in a half months. But lately I feel like are orthodontist doesn't know what their doing. Their's always brackets and hooks in my mouth that cut me in the inside of my lip. So we have to go for emergency appointments all the time. my wire always pops out in this one place. Today we have to make an emergency appointment for a deep cut, and wear my headgear goes in place,wherever I bite down it hurts like I just got braces on. I can't go through with this anymore and I think it's time to get my braces off and just get are money back. But I don't think you can do that. The day of Christmas I had to tell my parents their was a wire cutting in my mouth again and I told them I'd want to switch orthodontists. But if I do that we'd have to pay money again and start over. Wouldn't we? Well what should I do? Before my mouth was pretty straight but I just had this one crooked tooth and an overbite and my mouth looks to me that my teeth look straight by now and the orthodontist is doing to much to my mouth that it just doesn't look like my smile anymore.
