At first there was a larger spot on the front of my tongue, but it went away and now a new one popped up.
It doesn't hurt. It doesn't feel any different from the rest of my tongue. I quit smoking last year. I've only dipped twice in my life. I don't drink.
I'm also a 13 yr old male. Does this look like geographic tongue perhaps? There is also a patch on the front of my tongue that you can't see in the photo which I think resembles geographic tongue. If it was I'd be extremely relived, because I'm worried about cancer. ALSO my mom says it's nothing but she'll take me to the doctor next week if it doesn't improve.

Red spots and patches should always be investigated -- not by your mum (except she is dentist), but by a dentist.
Painless, yes, but that makes it even more imperative to check them up.just to be double sure.
