When i wake up my lips/gums hurt?!


Question: When i wake up my lips/gums hurt?
Every morning when i wake up the INSIDE of my gums hurt( like the side facing my teeth ) and the little part where your gums connect to your lips.
I know this sounds confusing, but what is making them hurt!
Usually goes away after 20 or so minuets.
