Question: How long does it take for teeth to shift?
I got my braces off last March. My teeth have shifted slightly b/c I stopped wearing my retainer regularly after about a month. I was wondering how much longer will my teeth shift? Will they go back to their position pre-braces? I know I'm going to get braces again, I just have to wait for my benefits to take effect at my work which won't be until mayish.

Its important to wear your retainer as directed and after that a few nights a week for the rest of your life. Your teeth can always go back to their previous position.
