I've got some white spot in my mouth and it hurts when I touch it from outside or from inside and it really hearts when I eat. Anyone know what it is 'cause I'm gonna freak out.... please

Its just a really bad canker sore. Stay away from citrusy things. It should heal in a few days
try askin a dentist to look at it rather than look it up on here because you might hav a better chance in real life..

It sounds like a canker sore, and yes they hurt but clear up on their own.
