I don't think guys do. I wouldn't want them to. Braces don't really affect people's opinions unless they are all gross and never brushed. All the guys i've ever had a crush on or gone out with have had braces at some point.

omg y would you back of from a girl with braces?!, thats like us backing away from guys with braces or that, braces make us self concious in the first place and we dont need boys avoiding us because we have something that makes us self concious as it is :-O?,i had braces and i still went out with people but i really didnt think people would like me cause of them!x
