i herd bicarb of soda works with whitening teeth, just dip ya brush in and away ya go id put a bit of toothpaste on aswell spose bicarb of soda doesn't taste nice on it's own lol hope this helps :)

Do not rinse your mouth bleach. Best, what i've found, is to use baking soda. put some on your toothbrush and simply brush like that after you brush with regular toothpaste.

Stop drinking tea, coffee and red wine.

Buy a whitening toothpaste, I recomend either a colgate or crest brand.

Actually, crest whitening toothpaste worked for me. Use the rinse too and it really helps.

Well go to a walmart and they have a special thing for your teeth.

crest white strips work well. then use hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash and whitening products to keep them that way.
