Impacted Wisdom Tooth?!

Question: Impacted Wisdom Tooth?
My wisdom tooth has been making its way through for a while now, and has been causing me very little stress (the odd ache that would last for a week before dissapearing for a couple of months).

In the last week, I have had:
Headaches
an ulcer around the incoming wisdom tooth
Slightly bleeding gums (only noticed it when I was spiting out my toothpast, it's not more than a tiny drop but it has happened every day for the last four days)
My Jaw starting aching quite a bit for a couple of days before feeling better

I feel like I have bad breath, but my girlfriend says I have very minty breath. But my mouth feels like I haven't brushed in a while. Then I realised why it felt familiar, and I had teeth taken out a few years ago, and I had the taste of blood in my mouth for days. I think that is what it feels like, but very little blood comes out and only when I feel around for it.

I have an appointment on Monday to see the dentist (very convinient seeing as I booked it 9 months ago for this date). But Monday feels so far away, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts.

all four of my wisdom teeth were impacted because my mouth was too small. The dentist told me that if i didnt get them removed they would grow into my nerves and i would have a numb face. he surgically removed all four in the same day. it was completely painless with the novacaine. i was very scared though. youll be fine. =)

I started using The Canker Spanker about a year ago to get rid of a mouth ulcer outbreak, I haven't had one since. I love this stuff and always have it ordered or on order!

Hi ,

Good question and I have had something similar happen to me. I am not the best dental patient and I used to lose sleep the night before as I was so scared and petrified due to an extremely horrendous experience when I was younger.

But no more as I have a very sympathetic dentist who explains everything to me so that i know what is going on and he uses the least invasive procedure as a matter of course.

You need to overcome your fear from past experience to get the treatment you need as pain, worry and loss of sleep must be overcome.

Get the Free Fear report as that helped me and my friends .

All the best, Keep smiling.
